As a contributor to the The Busy Parent Entrepreneur Summit - Holiday Edition, you agree to the present Terms & Conditions.

GENERAL TERMS
• The Summit is hosted by Pascale Dubé, from Parent Lead Coaching (Retrousse Inc.).
• You must be available for a 35 minute recorded video interview with the Host that should be scheduled before Nov 10 and which will take place on Zoom before Nov. 20.
• You must provide an exceptional free gift in sync with the theme of the summit, that will be consumable in 10 minutes or less with a value of $47 or more (your thank you page can be used to promote a more valuable offer).
• You will provide a gift with a proven value (that you have already sold or that can be valued as an exchange of time for a price) for the VIP package.
• You will provide artwork for your gift + winning description that will entice our audience to click on it + the evergreen link to your own opt-in page for people to access your free-gift and you may add a special offer to an upcoming program.
• Artwork and descriptions are due by Nov 15 (a good picture of you, your business logo if you want it to appear on the page, description of your gift)
• Your gift link is due by Nov 15.

MARKETING COMMITMENT 
• You must bring in at least 15 registrants to have your fee refunded.
• You must promote to your list (+500) at least 4 times over the promotion period.
• You must promote to your social media at least 3 times over the promotion period.

PROMOTION PERIOD
Promotion period is Nov. 15 - Dec. 12
• 1st Mailing window is Nov 15-22.
• 2nd Mailing window is Nov. 22-29.
• 3rd Mailing window is Nov.29- Dec. 5.
• 4th Mailing window is Dec. 6-12.
Registration end on Dec 12.
• The Summit doors close at 23:59 on Dec 24.
 
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, MEDIA RELEASE AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
¥ The material you share as a Gift will remain your property.
¥ The Giveaway Host owns the recording of the interviews from the Speakers and may re-purpose, re-sell or re-use your recording indefinitely and without compensation to you.
¥ If you promote using other material than the swipe copy provided, we ask that you identify Pascale Dube and Parent Lead Coaching as the Summit Host.
¥ You hereby expressly grant the Summit host the right to use any material provided or produced in the context of the Summit (photos and/or video and/or audio and/or visual impressions of me recorded by or provided by you and/or any other material) to the Summit Host, in connection with, or as part of, any presentation, program, publication, product, transmission or other professional endeavor in which the impressions may be used or incorporated, and also in the advertising, and/or publicizing of any analog or digital works or their content, in perpetuity. I agree that it may be edited or otherwise altered. You understand that these impressions, as well as your name, likeness, voice and biographical material, may be used for commercial, educational or informational purposes, in any manner or media, in perpetuity, throughout the world.
¥ You waive any rights to copyright or ownership in the resulting commercial, educational and informational materials in which you appear, and acknowledge that no monetary or other compensation is provided in exchange for waiving this right. You also agree to allow all forms of distribution of the materials that accompany the impressions.
¥ You represent that you have the right, capacity, and authority to enter into this Agreement and that your participation and performance and the rights you have granted in the Agreement will not conflict with or violate any commitment or understanding you have with any other person or entity.
¥ You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Summit Host from and against all claims, losses, expenses, and liabilities of every kind including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of the inaccuracy or breach of any provision of this Agreement. You expressly release the Summit Host from any and all claims arising out of the use of the material.
¥ You consent to having the Summit Host collect and store your information via this form for the purpose of your participation in The Busy Parent Entrepreneur Summit - Holiday Edition*
